Industry Update: Kelly Saynor Assumes Sole Directorship of Medica Forte
07/05/2025 • by The RAM Institute
Medica Forte, the company behind The Perfect Peel® UK, Glutaceuticals® and the PRFKT® portfolio, has confirmed a change in leadership structure, with Kelly Saynor, RN, INP, now acting as sole director following the departure of co-founder Justin Saynor.
For clinicians integrating chemical peels, antioxidant systems and regenerative treatments within their protocols, the update provides context on evolving leadership within a company active in this space.
Saynor, who has more than two decades of experience in dermatology and aesthetics, describes the transition as an opportunity to reinforce internal processes and refocus the organisation’s scientific direction. She said, “This transition isn’t simply about new leadership; it’s about elevating our standards. I am dedicated to creating a stronger, more transparent, and forward-thinking business that supports our practitioners, patients, and partners worldwide.”
Medica Forte has outlined phased redevelopment plans for its product ranges. Areas of focus include:
Glutaceuticals® facelift: a modernised skincare range driven by the science of glutathione, designed for simpler routines and maximum results.
PRFKT® and PRFKT® PRO updates: next-generation professional formulations and consumer products with a refi ned “Rule of 6” concept and elevated packaging.
Glutathione innovation: expansion into nutraceutical supplements, supporting skin health and longevity from the inside out.
Education remains a central priority for the company. Plans include new CPD-accredited pathways and advanced training in chemical peeling, skin health and glutathione science.
Saynor’s new podcast, Barefaced Chat, and her international speaking commitments will also contribute to wider professional discussion on safe and evidence-led treatment approaches.
Additionally, Medica Forte is exploring strategic global partnerships, updating distribution agreements, and amplifying PR activities.
For those practising within regenerative aesthetics, the update signals organisational and strategic changes within a company operating at the interface of chemical peeling, antioxidant systems and skin-health optimisation.
Saynor concluded, “My focus is on building a company where practitioners feel supported, patients feel safe, and innovation thrives. With a strong team and a clear vision, we’re ready to create the next chapter in aesthetics; one rooted in science, education, and trust.
