The Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine Institute (RAMI) has contributed to the newly released 2026 Industry Trends Report from Consulting Room, highlighting key shifts shaping the future of the UK aesthetics sector.

The report features insights from associations, training academies, brands, educators, business leaders, technology providers and practitioners, offering a collective view of the forces shaping the sector in the year ahead.

RAMI’s contribution appears on page 21, where we share our perspective on the continuing evolution of regenerative aesthetic medicine and the broader professionalisation of the field.

According to Dan Huxley of Consulting Room, the response from contributors reflected a growing desire across the sector to move beyond product-led discussion and focus on deeper structural change. He said, “What stood out most in this year’s report was the consistency of the themes coming through. Contributors spoke less about the ‘next big product’ and far more about regulation, governance, professional accountability and the transition toward regenerative, longevity-focused care. It reflects an industry that is maturing and aligning more closely with healthcare standards.”

Across the report, several key trends emerge, including a decisive shift toward stronger governance and regulatory readiness, increasing emphasis on safety and structured training, and the integration of digital technologies such as AI into both clinical and operational systems.

RAMI Content Director Chloé Gronow said the organisation was pleased to contribute to a publication designed to capture a truly collective industry perspective. She emphasised, “It’s fantastic to see so many voices from across the aesthetics sector contributing to a shared view of where the industry is heading. The report reflects a clear shift toward regenerative, longevity-focused care and a stronger culture of governance and education – themes that sit at the heart of what RAMI aims to support through research, collaboration and clinical dialogue.”

RAMI encourages practitioners, educators and industry professionals to explore the report and share it within their networks to help amplify the collective voice of the profession.
